You are invited to join the exchange program at Paderborn University, Germany.

Exchange Period:

1 semester: April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025

2 semesters: April 1, 2025 – 31 March 2026

Orientation Program: March 5, 2024

Qualifications:

• Be an undergrad student
• Be a full-time student for at least 1 year
• Be able to effort your own expenses during the exchange period
• Be able to communicate in English fluently

Documents required:

• Application form (as attached)
• CV
• Transcript (up-to-date version)
• Reasons for applying for this program (100 – 300 words)
• English proficiency scores: TOEFL 525 / TOEFL ibt 78 / CEFR B1
• Photo (with formal/smart casual dress)
• Passport (if any)

Students who accepted to join the exchange program at Paderborn have to be responsible for all their own expenses. However, the tuition fee will be waived by Paderborn University.
